RecommendedWe had to call the 24 hr. emergency maintenance guy and he came out, it was 10:00 at night. He lives about an hour away. No problem! It's really nice. If you have a problem they go out of their way to fix it.
what a joke. I paid 40 dollars app fee. Then read what a nasty dump Abbey Villas is. So went some where else. Keep in mind they never ran my app. And refused to give me my money back. I could understand had they ran it but never did. I feel like they just stole 40 bucks from me. Just because I didn't wanna live there. They made 40 bucks off me. What a joke .

Deplorable place to live, one star is to many, it needs to be condemned. The state of Michigan should do a walk through. I cant believe they have a section 8 contract and people are living there with there children.disgusting place. the pictures on the internet are so far away from what that place really looks like, its false advertising . People should not live in that disgusting place.
I can not wait to move from this place ! The hallways smell like dog poop , people throw their dirty cat litter over their balcony. It's garbage all over. My kids can't even play outside. It took 2 months to get maintenance In my apartment , I had to email to get service but when I called in my repairs I told them I prefer to be home when they enter , in the email it was not stated when they would. I come home from work one day and they had came in without me knowing to fix the things. I do not like that! I can't even sleep ... read more
