Ken himself <the owner of Abbey Road> came out and conducted a cleaning of our Gas Dryer Vent as well as inspect our Gas Fireplace he was thorough and courteous taking pains to contain all mess and cleaning up what got away Abbey Road Sweeps are by far the finest group I have yet seen and worth every penny for your project big or small
Ken was just out to do an inspection of our fireplace and there were some issues. Ken did a great job at explaining what the issues were and offering options for repair or replacement. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a fireplace. Very professional and courteous.
Abbey Road was recommended to me by my parents (who also thought they did a great job) to inspect the chimney/fireplace on the new home we are looking to buy. Ken Hoelscher came out and did a thorough inspection and cleaning, and in the process taught me things about fireplaces I never knew. Anthony came out to our house to clean our chimney. He was punctual, professional, helpful, and informative. He got us information that we needed and he was neat and didn't leave a mess. We already have our appointment scheduled for next year.
