The first time I used Abbey Road to sweep my fireplace years ago I was impressed by their professionalism and honesty. I remember the technician taking a look and letting me know at the time that it didn't need to be swept. He showed me how to tell when it does need it for future reference. How is that for honesty? He could have charged me twice the amount for an unneeded cleaning and I wouldn't have been the wiser. They are a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for! RecommendedAmazing customer service, I can’t even think of a better example of excellent work. They made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to show us what they were doing and why. Their air compressor quit working correctly, but instead of leaving the job until they could get it fixed, they rushed out and bought another one so that they could finish the work the same day.
I highly recommend Abbey! They came out and cleaned my dryer vent and it works so so well now!! Thank you!!
Ken was just out to do an inspection of our fireplace and there were some issues. Ken did a great job at explaining what the issues were and offering options for repair or replacement. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a fireplace. Very professional and courteous.
I have been using Abbey Road sweeps for over 8 years. They have done an excellent job servicing my Vermont Casting stove and cleaning my chimney. Always ready to help with any problems I've had. They go beyond expectations. Friendly and curditious people. Nice to chat with and very knowledgeable.
