I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ghermay’s for almost 6 years and have had several procedures and surgeries while under his care. Over ONE year ago he suggested Botox injections for my chronic headaches. It took 9 months for him to finally send in the correct coding for the insurance company to approve it. Dr Ghermay is the best of the best ! Highly recommend.
It has been a little over 6 weeks since I had my appointment to see Dr Ghermay to get cervical nerve ablations after Dr Johnson referred me to him.I’ve called, left messages for his assistant to call, physically took my records of proof of having this procedure in the past to his office, and not one single word from him. He charged my insurance company $585 for a 10 minute visit where he didn’t do a thing except ask for my previous nerve ablation report.
