Found them while looking online for low-rent apts on the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI.ORG) website. Their listing reads "Vacancies available! Move in specials!" and then when you call them...voicemail is full and their answering service says there's no vacancies
If you care about your life, or have family do not move here. Rampant drug deals, violence, bugs, and the managers do not do anything. Not only this but the manager can and will enter your apartment any time they wish. On top of that if you have a complaint about any of those 4 safety issues, you won’t receive a response. Seriously, if you value your life or any resemblance of happiness you have do NOT move here.
Keenan Pierce apartment 501 sells fentanyl to the community, it's so sad. He sells drugs with his children at home which is unbelievable, I am sure the building owners know but he pays on time so no one says anything to him. Watch out he is ARMED with a gun and DANGEROUS.
