You don't realize how bad this place is till you move to a safe place, and a place with RESPECTFUL management. Very toxic, dysfunctional management. Bus stop out front taking me right to work was only plus.
I lived at Abbey Lincoln Court for over 9 years, and by the end, I no longer felt safe, respected, or even comfortable in my own home. What finally pushed me out was not one isolated issue. It was nearly a decade of constant problems involving safety concerns, repeated apartment entries, ignored maintenance issues, broken accessibility features, poor communication, disappearing amenities, and feeling like tenant concerns were treated as background noise instead of legitimate problems. You reap what you sow.
I have some very noisy neighbors upstairs over me ; constantly making noise on purpose. Accusing me of being a tweeker, I have asked management on numerous occasions to move me into another apartment or move them. He expects me to pay 1300 for this 1 room place. When I have not had peace since 2nd day of moving in. Not worth the money period. Have the money to pay but. I don't think I am going to.
