This is a great company w/honest and well trained technicians for elevators of all types! They are professional, courteous, easy to work with and had good communications. Will definitely continue to use their service.
I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here that are more negative than positive. I can tell you from personal experience these people went to GREAT to get my elevator up and running. I am a disabled veteran and they move things around so they could do a return trip the very next day. I would highly recommend using this company for your Elevator needs. Like most others- this is an absolutely awful company, would give 0 stars if I could! Unprofessional, unorganized and rude/liars! Will be seeking legal action to rectify a horrible situation we are currently navigating for my parents home- someone who needs their elevator for ADA purposes- COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE AND DISPICABLE! ****Update in response to owners- correct, we do not have an installation with you, however Abbey was contracted to install an elevator in a close family member's home, which we help care for.
