I found Dr Najem to be blunt and direct, yet very comforting. After being briefly reprimanded for neglecting my dental health for so long, which I really needed to hear, he took a personal interest in my daughter's and my care, accomodating us even though that meant a late evening for him. He still took his time and made sure everything was just right, never once seeming rushed or impatient, and always friendly.
