horrible! I have a family member who will be leaving this property as it has become unsafe. do not move to abbey church village apartments. management and assistant manager needs to be replaced. many good tenants have moved because of rude lazy unprofessional management, management gossiping to tenants and sharing private information about other tenants, as well as the office being closed for almost half the day for their lunch breaks. needs and complaints of the tenants are never met or addressed. It seems like for one good... read more

not that bad – I've read the remarks made about Abbey church Village, and I didn't think it was nice of the person who made remarks about the property manager or any of the staff. I've been living here for 3 yrs and they've all been so sweet. The maintenance crew is on top of things as far as I'm concerned and they are very nice guys also and very hard workers. The property managers husband works his regular shift during the day and in the winter he's plowing the driveways all times of the night, whenever the snow hits he's ... read more

Terrible Place To Live – Some People have to live at Abbey because it is the only place they think they can afford. I have lived at Abbey for 7 years and am going to move because the place is becoming unsafe for females and the property is going downhill. First, the property manager lies. If you don't get things in writting you are screwed. Second, the property manager does not hold everyone to the lease. 2 people could do the same thing wrong but only 1 will get a nasty letter. She plays favorites. Third, the property manag... read more

A great place to be – Most people these days have to work several jobs to make ends meet. And try to find a better place to live in Dublin for $650 for a two bedroom apartment. And there is no possable way that utilities run $150. The walls are double walled for fire retention and if you hear things from your neighbors thats normal, because you live in an apartment. All maintenance issues are done within 24 hrs and done properly. All units recieve new carpet after a 7 year cycle unless they are dammaged beyond repair. You al... read more

Do not move here. – Abbey Church Village used to be a great place to live but not anymore! I have lived here for about 13 years- single parent. I work several jobs and could never qualify for any assistance. Rent increase just got many of us here-now over $650.00month for a two bedroom. We have to pay heat and electric also $150.00 approx. Dont know why they need ALL of our financial information because supposedly it is not subsidized. Walls are thin. Maintenance is shoddy. My carpet has never been replaced after 13 years an... read more

This property is a wonderful place to live. The management staff are very attentive to your needs and the maintenance staff are very professional. Several residents who live here are whiners, as in if I dont get my special treatment im going to cry. I have never had a single problem since iv'e lived here ( 11 Years ). And I have never been more happy. Our maintenance people are very talented and very nice to me and my neighbors. I could'nt ask for anything better. I don't know what these people are talking about, terrible se... read more

check yourself where ou at???? – no one wants to live in a community where there are dirty people, but the bottom line is that I am an american--born and raised, but there is no need for you to call people lazy and dirty foreigners, and to speak on women who you think are laying on their backs popping out babies. Check yourself and where you are at in your life-- How long have you been living there? Who lives in an apartment for that long? and if you are so much better than the people you share your community with, why are y... read more

Dont move to abbey church village – Abbey's manager is a "very large" woman who lives 40 feet from the office but drives to work. Her side kick in the office is rude and lazy. They play favorites, and do nothing about the problems on the property. The grouchy REPUB, does nothing to make this a nice neighborhood. So I dont know why repub is complaining about foreigners, when they are nicer than REPUB. This is not a good place to live. Maitenence men do nothing and if they do it takes them weeks, the snow removal is horrible b... read more

You get what you pay for – It is often difficult to be objective when things have not been exactly to your liking. However, I will try to be as objective as I can. My family and I are moving out of Abbey Church Village not because it was poorly managed, on the contrary, but because a better opportunity presented itself. Our experience was not horrible but not fantastic either. For example: The neighbors are often inconsiderate. Doors are slammed at 5:00 in the morning or kids are running on the stairs at first light. Kids pl... read more
