This was the first time I've had my carpets professionally cleaned. I was very pleased. They were on time, very polite and presentable and put me totally at ease of having to leave them in my house. I will use them again for sure!
Oh my gosh!!!! The wine stains came out even after being there for 8 months. I had bottle of red wine break and leaked most of its contents on our very light colored carpet in October last year. I called Jim for advice immediately. I was able to lift a lot of the red but not all. His team came out a few weeks ago and worked their magic. We were shocked it was gone. Our 15 yr old carpet looks brand new. NO RED WINE STAINS!!!
