David Rodriguez took care of me! He did a house call which was so convenient. I showed him the kind of flooring I'd like. He then brought a couple samples to my home. He was prompt, kind, mindful of cost and quality. I am so happy with how my room turned out. Goodbye 13 year old carpet! Hello beautiful laminate! The staff at Abbey are tremendous and highly customer service oriented. Robert did a great job.
We hired Abby Carpets to improve our engineered hardwood floors using their recommended “screen and coat” process. Before the work was done, we explained our concerns about the visible wear and heavy dog damage throughout the home. After paying approximately $6,000, there was essentially no noticeable improvement in the appearance of the floors. What was most disappointing was the response afterward. Wonderful results!! I worked with Robert on getting new flooring in family room and it looks great! He helped me figure out what kind of flooring would be best for my needs and directed me towards the exact coloring samples I liked best. From start to finish, his communication was excellent, and he even stopped by at the end of the installation to make sure everything went well. I will definitely be going through Abbey again when it's time to do the other rooms in my home!!
