I don’t recommend this company. After five months of having my carpet installed, I started noticing strings of carpet, getting stuck in my vacuum, and the vacuum will rip the carpet out of that area and leave a indentation of missing carpet. My carpet was horribly installed after 5 months of being installed The edge is starting, lifting up and pulling away from the walls. I did reach out to their sales person Robert. Robert was wonderful to work with, came in over the holidays to show us samples and got a couple quotes to us within days of when we first talked! He was also able to arrange installation within days after the carpet was delivered. Fernando did the actual installation and it was great! Only took a few hours, (we only had three rooms we were doing), and they were even able to install around a built-in piece of furniture and make it look perfect! Thanks guys!
Abbey installed new carpet and beautified our hardwood floors. They were super flexible and we're very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend...
