Abbey redid all the floors in our house and did an amazing job. We had three bids from highly rated firms, and chose Abbey based on quality of pre-sale service from Peter Wolk, and fair price.We further knew we were in great hands when their installer, Luis, started work. He was cheerful and communicative and it was clear that he took his craft seriously. Downstairs, and for the stairs themselves, we used hardwood laminate; upstairs we used vinyl laminate. In the process of updating a condo, a contractor referred us to Abbey Carpet for the flooring. Their recommendation was well-deserved. When I first visited, I was met by Stephen Trudeau. He had me sit down and explain the scope of our project to him. Once he understood what we needed, he showed us the all of the available options, and explained the benefits of each. I don’t recommend this company. After five months of having my carpet installed, I started noticing strings of carpet, getting stuck in my vacuum, and the vacuum will rip the carpet out of that area and leave a indentation of missing carpet. My carpet was horribly installed after 5 months of being installed The edge is starting, lifting up and pulling away from the walls. I did reach out to their sales person Robert. Robert was wonderful to work with, came in over the holidays to show us samples and got a couple quotes to us within days of when we first talked! He was also able to arrange installation within days after the carpet was delivered. Fernando did the actual installation and it was great! Only took a few hours, (we only had three rooms we were doing), and they were even able to install around a built-in piece of furniture and make it look perfect! Thanks guys!
