This is my REVIEW…. I recently had the pleasure of working with Abbey Carpet (Todd Stiger) of Everett and their outstanding technician, Rob. He expertly stretched my existing carpet, eliminating unsightly wrinkles and restoring its original appearance. The entire process was seamless, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I spoke and emailed with Crystal, and communication was timely, clear, and easy. The guy who came and did the estimate was fast and friendly, and the 2 guys who did the actual install work (Raul and Jonathan, I think?), were very nice. The carpet looks great and the price was very competitive. I'd use Abbey Carpet again without hesitation.

Todd and Andrew were very helpful in picking out my remnant and understanding my plan to cut a seam to a square in the center, to fit around a post in our basement. The edging around the whole piece looks amazing and the carpet and pad fit perfectly. I am very happy with the final product. The customer service and communication during the process is something you don’t get everywhere these days.
