Incredible customer service- Quick to come out and give us a quote. Flexible scheduling- Got put on the schedule same day. Very prompt/efficient work crew. Showed up every time (we did two different sessions) on time, worked very hard, efficient (fast) and did the job professionally Quality product- Many options were provided to us. We picked what worked best and are thrilled with what a difference it makes. Thanks! 10/10. Would not go anywhere else.
Outstanding service and product. Very professional and great installation. Can’t recommend Abbey Carpets Hampton enough. We are just about to use them again!
Chuck is one of the best. He and his staff are quick, pay attention to detail and very accommodating. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I tell everyone looking for flooring to call Chuck! I give him a 15 out of 10!
