I applied for an apartment for me and my service dog, Kovu. After weeks of getting all the paperwork. And one day I didn't qualify then I did qualify. But my service dog didn't because he's over the 25 pound weight limit. I told her that was illegal. Debbie the manager, said it wasn't.
