Melvisha has been one of the most unprofessional people I’ve encountered in this building. She is consistently rude, loud, and aggressive toward residents. I’ve personally heard her shouting and yelling in common areas, which creates a very uncomfortable environment. The way she speaks to people is completely inappropriate for someone in her position. Nice place pretty sure they're all 1 bedroom apartments but they're just Right for your grandma or grandpa to live on their own. All appliances including dishwasher.onsite washers and dryers that are free. Everybody seems to get along. Nice outdoor seating. Free parking lot. Has a round about at the end so it's easy to turn around. I am going to warn you that the entrance is tore up and I think a pipe busted and flooded it so it's got Chuck holes and small hill so be careful turning into Parking lot. I applied for an apartment for me and my service dog, Kovu. After weeks of getting all the paperwork. And one day I didn't qualify then I did qualify. But my service dog didn't because he's over the 25 pound weight limit. I told her that was illegal. Debbie the manager, said it wasn't. Then I was told that they was looking for a lawyer. 2 months of waiting and being inconvenience. And my service dog being discriminated against because of his size. Debbie calls me.
