I called in today to cancel the plan because my dog passed away this past weekend. They told me that my year contract cannot be canceled. First I was never told that second, DEATH should be a qualified reason to be able to cancel this plan. So now im gonna be paying 45 bucks a month until the end of the year. That is effin robbery. Take your money, take your pet and go elsewhere. BTW they told me my dog was healthy, 2 1/2 weeks later I had rushed her to the ER and I had to put her down because she had cancer that had spread... read more
