I’ve been a resident of Abberly Waterstone Apartments for 4 years, and during that time, I’ve consistently received friendly and helpful service from the office staff. Even with a couple of staff turnovers, every team has been welcoming and accommodating. I especially want to mention Candice and Vicki, who have always been exceptionally kind and attentive. Let me begin by saying the office and maintenance folks working here are second to none!!! I had an issue with my renewal and Goldie and Gwen were so patient, walking me through the resolution (I cannot say I was especially patient myself) but they were wonderful!!! Whatever they are being paid is not enough for their customer service skills!!! I cannot compliment them enough!!! Vicki and Candice are exceptional as well. Thank you ladies and kudos to Tim, Chris and Anthony for their professionalism and customer care!!!
Went to look at apartments. Was greeted by the most amazing young lady, Goldie Grant, who gave me a great tour of the facility and apartment. Beautiful complex and staff!
Goldie helped me with my application today! She is just as wonderful as this property! She made the application process smooth and stressful free! Highly recommend!
I have been living at Abberly Waterstone (Stafford) for over 4 years, and it has been a very mixed experience. When first moving in everything seemed great, staff was generally friendly and quick to take my signatures, maintenance was on point and the clubhouse was a nice place to be with all it's amenities. However as time has gone on (at least for me) there has been a noticeable decline of quality in many aspects.
