When you're first looking to move in, the office staff is friendly and helpful. But once you become a resident, that level of attention disappears. It's nearly impossible to get help from the office, and maintenance requests are ignored or delayed for weeks. Access to the building is unreliable—entry codes often don't work, and this has been an ongoing issue. We have lived here for 6 years and have been very satisfied with our experience. We have not encountered the problems others are writing about. Perhaps it is because we live in one of the 2 story buildings. Our corner two bedroom apartment is quite nice. It is roomy and the extra bathroom and walk in closet are good additions. i found hundreds of cockroaches in my father In laws room! totally not acceptable and on top of that, service offered to do nothing about it. horrible place, DO NOT LIVE HERE/
In my opinion the staff are mean and completely unprofessional I do NOT recommend living here Absolute nightmare here now. Smells like weed. Upstairs neighbors throw parties constantly and seem to think everyone in the building wants to listen to their terrible music. The parking lot is filled with cars of people that don't live here. College dorms are quieter than this place. This place is like a frat house now. Sounds like my upstairs neighbors are trying to reenact Jurassic Park.
