Lived here for a year, From Move in to Move out, enjoyed every minute of it. Office staff was always helpful, Maintenance was quick to respond if anything was wrong. Dog park was recently upgraded and our dog loved it. Neighborhood was nice and cleaned frequently. Never had an issue with bugs. Parking wasn’t an issue either. Wasn’t able to attend community events but they offered quite a few different events and enjoyed the food truck that stopped in occasionally.
Hi! I am new to beautiful beaufort south carolina and I am looking for a safe place to call home. I have been sleeping in my car but I recently got hired with walmart and I am in school for nursing at the moment but I do have an Eviction on my name. Do you all work with folks that have an eviction? I saw all of the great reviews and I thought I'd atleast give myself a chance here in the comments lol thank you all so much for your time and consideration I hope to hear from you soon.
Pros: Apartments are large with space for a small dining table and chairs in at least some 2 br and the closets are spacious. The keypad entry is convenient and smart home tech is available. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders and does an excellent job. The pool is currently being renovated. People in the office are very nice and try to be accommodating.
