AWFUL company and complex! STAY AWAY! This place is filthy, dirty, and disgusting- especially if you have children! Our house sold faster than expect and we need a temporary place to live until we found another house to purchase- so we signed a 3 month lease at Abberly Green in Mooresville. Moved into the apartment a few days ago, and the unit and the carpets were disgusting. Looked like the carpets had never been replaced and were originals (many years old!). We LOVED living here. We weren't living on the mainland when we signed the lease and I was worried. After living there for two and a half years I can say it was a great choice. They are clean, quite, safe, and a great price. If we ever had any issues (normal wear and tear) they were addressed right away. The office staff is amazing, they still took great care of us when we needed some extra paperwork after we left. We had great experiences there. I highly recommend them!
