Doctor Abbassi is a good doctor however the staff is terrible - very disorganized front desk specially a very rude un-helpful woman - have been trying to solve an issue with their billing for 2 years plus and nothing - I don't know what else to do - she has even yelled and hung up on me in the past so I went to the north location in person several times more calls more e-mails and ...crickets - I do not understand why - just contacted BBB as well - I I n need someone to solve this issue - Beware that if you go to this office... read more

Pongo una estrella para poner algo,no conozco al médico,estoy segura que es muy bueno pero la persona que me atendió en el front desk,deja mucho que desear, primero ,muy maleducada ,y no le dió la oportunidad al doctor de tener un paciente nuevo.para trabajar ante el público,hay que tener paciencia ,si no se entiende algo,se pregunta.no se cuelga el teléfono.Deberia buscarse otro trabajo,porque con esa actitud,la clínica se queda sin pacientes.

I will not be returning to Dr. Abassi’s practice due to rude, unprofessional and condescending staff. It takes ONE to ruin it for the rest. I had changed insurance just so I can remain Dr. Abassi’s patient, but no more. Staff should be versed on good customer service and to properly treat patients.

Dr. Abassi is a great doctor, no doubt. But, the staff, specifically the so called “Nurse” and others lack professionalism, education, empathy and customer service skills. Unfortunately, it has force me to change PCP and it is very unfortunate and a loss. He should replace staff with competent people.
