The service was prompt with very little waiting time. Service was expertly accomplished.
My wife discovered Helena Family Dentistry before I did, soon after we moved to Helena. She highly recommended them to me. Once I tried them, I have never considered anyone else. All of the technicians are super friendly. Each one treats you like an old friend. Dr. DeFranco always chats with me, asking me about work and other things in my life. And he always does a great job with my teeth. Our son goes to him now and loves him.
As someone who is not so fond of dentists, Dr. DeFranco is one I love. He is patient, listens and acts on your concerns and fears to alleviate them. Always on time and efficient. I love Gene my hygienist as well. Everyone there is always professional and accommodating.
I love Dr. Defranco and his team. I've been a patient of theirs for almost 17 years. They are super friendly and hygienists are gentle. I highly recommend them.
