I have been using Dr. defranco’s office for a few years even after moving further away. I absolutely love the office atmosphere! Everyone is always smiling and happy. My dental higeneist April is so friendly. She always starts off my appt. with a ‘how are you doing?’ and asking me about how things have been. Her personality is a joy to be around. Excellent care and even better staff.
Dr. Defranco is professional and has a personal touch. He and his staff never try to oversell services or products. He always remembers details that are going on in the lives of his patients. April is always upbeat and does a great job as a dental hygienist. I leave there feeling like she has shown complete attention to detail.
We love all the staff here. We are always in and out quickly with no waitinf but feel all our needs and questions are met.
