THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER UTILIZED IN MY LIFE! I currently rent a condo owned by Abaris Realty and this has been the worst living experience of my life. I moved in on Sept 2019 and a few days into moving in I noticed several roaches within the apartment. I contacted my landlords and they proceeded with roach treatments from the extermination company. My experience has not really been good on several occasions. The latest... I emailed them back in early April to notify them about 2 lights that were out in our parking lot which I've noticed have been out since late Feb/March. Long story short....it's May 16th..,,still no replacement light bulbs. "I'll have them all checked again".....and STILL nothing. How hard is it to go replace a light bulb?? A dark parking lot (area) poses a concern....
