I had a very "unneighborly" incident this month when Abaris Realty, which manages the condo building behind my house, removed 2 trees behind my fence, leaving a gaping hole in the fence that my dog could have easily escaped through. Abaris and the condo building never notified me they planned to remove trees, nor that the removal left a gaping hole in my fence.
