No response! Ever! Matt Levey where are you? Do you not know how to respond to an email? Or return a call? I moved out! Stop deducting $675 out of my checking account for HOA fees! A four year old could manage properties better than this lame company!

Whomever is managing this property (Tamarack Condos in Atl Ga off of Waldrop Place) is doing a very poor job and should be ashamed or fired. I was visiting from out of town and stayed with a friend these community grounds are horrendous garbage everywherer falling out of filled containers in front of 1/2 empty containers, Bugs, Rodents, it was very obvious that most residents were afraid to go to the garbage containers because of the enormous raccoons that I saw jumping out of the garbage as they approached how can there be ... read more

This company is phenomenal. Whoever wrote the bad reviews are obviously bad renters. I did a small project for this company and during the process one of my guys got hurt. They completely handled the situation with respect to me and my team. I really can’t thank this company enough . Sheila will take care of your property like you deserve and want from a property management company .
