Management was very unresponsive. The day I moved in I didn’t have the correct keypad to the door so I was locked out of the house and I called Abacus and left a voicemail, I never heard back from them. After moving out two years later I tried to contact them multiple times about the cleaning fee from my security deposit through phone calls and e-mails and I still haven’t heard back after three months.
I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but if you don't make it past the fist sentence, I advise NOT to rent any property from this company. I lived in one property managed by Abacus for two years. At first contacting the property manager was easy and my roommates and I would recieve our bills every month, however, this changed very quickly.
