Made a appointment to see a home they had listed. Spoke with them frequently during the week while we waited for our apptt... Even though they had accepted an offer 5 days earlier. The listing was still active for sale on MLS, it took them 2 weeks to remove the listing. Once we spent an hour driving in to see the home.we were shooed away because the "buyer" was coming. Point of the review, we were shown: poor communication, poor people skills, rude and unpleasant. It was the Via La Cuesta home.
Kathy and the Abacus agents were a great help to finding a place during the pandemic. We were able to contact the people we need right away if there were any concerns.
