No stars and would give a minus if possible. We have used Abacus for years with their service contract. Fairly satisfied even with high prices. Thus said they installed a a new *************** toilet $1000. A good name. This was 2019. Im sorry I do not have a list and date for all the times they have been here to looks at this toilet. It had some staining they blamed on our water even though the 20+ year old toilet in other bathroom was clean and white. We accepted this.. next it quit flushing. I needed my whole house "replumbed" due to its age. Called and received a fast estimate, and work was started within a few days. The crew at my home were VERY qualified, but more than that they were GOOD!! They kept the dust to a minimum, always had a vac, and dust pan ready. They all seemed to know what to do when, and worked very well together. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

In May I submitted a negative review. Understandable since I had just spent a lot of money. A few days ago a supervisor came to my house to talk about my review. He offered me a check for $226.50 for work done on 1st day. I did not want to accept since I pay for work done good or bad. I finally took it and offered to write this comment. My advice is READ the fine print before getting work done, ask questions. He did say work was guaranteed for 2 years but not stoppages. Will I use them again?
