Abacus advertises “Rapid Response,” “24/7 Emergency Coverage,” and maintenance being tracked through completion. My experience has not matched those promises. I repeatedly requested a basic HVAC/air-filter replacement since our family and pets struggle to breathe clean air. Exorbitant fees, and will pass through inappropriate building costs.
WORST building management ever. Do not live in an apartment if these people run it. A washer in our complex has been broken for Months and they insist there’s nothing wrong with it and refuse to replace it. Stop being cheap and cough up the money you fools. Can’t wait to move out of where I’m living.
Make sure that you have an attorney review the language in the management contract before you sign. You want to preserve your right to give an honest review. My mother signed a contract which had a "Non-disparagement" paragraph in it. As I said, preserve your right of free, honest speech.
