Horrible service. They told me on the LAST day of my year lease (February 28) that my landlord was proposing a $500.00 increase in my monthly rent, after I was told my rent would remain the same month-to-month until a new landlord took over. When the sale of the property fell through, they proposed the $500.00 increase, which would have started in April. The tenant review process was handled very professionally with a local realtor who visited the property and advertised it right away. They provided counseling in regards to lease creation and handled the entire process very effectively with full transparency.
