WORST building management ever. Do not live in an apartment if these people run it. A washer in our complex has been broken for Months and they insist there’s nothing wrong with it and refuse to replace it. Stop being cheap and cough up the money you fools. Can’t wait to move out of where I’m living.
Make sure that you have an attorney review the language in the management contract before you sign. You want to preserve your right to give an honest review. My mother signed a contract which had a "Non-disparagement" paragraph in it. As I said, preserve your right of free, honest speech.
Horrible service. They told me on the LAST day of my year lease (February 28) that my landlord was proposing a $500.00 increase in my monthly rent, after I was told my rent would remain the same month-to-month until a new landlord took over. When the sale of the property fell through, they proposed the $500.00 increase, which would have started in April.
