The below reviews must have been written by relatives because my experience has been an expensive lesson. My thermostat was hot and bad. I called for service. The installed a Honeywell FocusPro 5000 thermostat. A simple, un-programmable that sells from $35.00 to $64.80, being the most expensive. They charged me $295.00 for the thermostat, nearly 5 times the cost plus charged $89.00 for a diagnostic charge. Avoid this company at all costs. Outstanding Service! I highly recommend this company they are true experts in their field. My AC was installed quickly but more importantly correctly. Al made sure he tuned it to perfection and came back a week later to make sure it was still functioning correctly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
