This ABA center is truly top-notch! What makes it so special is the incredible staff. The time, effort, and genuine care they pour into every child creates an atmosphere that you can immediately feel. While not necessarily, "state-of-the-art", it offers realistic play areas that mimic our community. This place is a kids dream and a parents relief that they will have fun and learn, every single day!
The rbts here have been great but the bcba Dania is rude, condescending and arrogant. She DOES NOT have the children's best interest in mind and she will not work with families schedules... In fact she will tell you to move other therapys around, or even quit them entirely to accommodate their place of business. Also if your child needs a aac device she does not care if you pick a program that's best for the child...if it's not the program they use at their therapy then they will not use the child's aac device. We have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is very caring, they are patient and loving. They truly love what they do and it shows.
Absolutely amazing, they are the most caring people ever and are truly there for the kids. My son learned so much and had a great time, he graduated over the summer and still talks about his therapists constantly. I would recommend them a thousand times over.
We waited for months to get my son who is level three nonverbal into this place. They had me switch his schedule with his other therapists to accommodate him going to this facility. After ALLLLL of that, his first day there, while he was extremely overstimulated (as professionals should have known he would be and acted like they did) I get a call after his four hours stay later that afternoon stating he couldnt come back. apparently he had pulled a little girl's hair.
