My brother was supposed to start therapy in June. He has been rescheduled FOUR times due to staff shortages. Now, they say they don’t know when he will be able to start. This facility is money-hungry and will take on new patients even if it doesn’t have the staff to accommodate them. Be warned. ABA Connect, your disorganization and negligence are at the expense of my brother’s and other children's development. Stop accepting new patients when you are aware you lack the resources! That is extremely irresponsible.
