Let me preface by saying my wife and I have two kids on the autism spectrum and we’re fiercely protective of them and the quality of their services. We’ve run the gamut across early intervention, ABA, and private out-of-pocket service providers. So far, my experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing — particularly regarding billing practices and lack of transparency. My insurance granted a single case agreement to allow this provider to evaluate and assess my child. Prior to the evaluation, I signed a financial agreement to establish a “low as you can go” payment plan in the event that insurance denied the claims.
