So far, my experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing — particularly regarding billing practices and lack of transparency. My insurance granted a single case agreement to allow this provider to evaluate and assess my child. Prior to the evaluation, I signed a financial agreement to establish a “low as you can go” payment plan in the event that insurance denied the claims.
