I am a graduate of CSUSM and I got a job part time with ABA Adaptive Services. They paid me $17.00 an hour to train to become an RBT. My experience was that I was supposed to watch modules for 3 hours a day to train. I did that. The owner and the BCBA had zoom sessions with me and basically told me I would be pairing with their client before meeting with me or having one on one sessions.
