Absolutely love this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Every time I go, my nails are exactly what I ask for. The staff pays great attention to detail and the quality of work is outstanding. I would highly recommend A & B Nail Salon!
Tried this place for the first time and I love it! The service was very relaxing, my nails turned out amazing, and the staff are so sweet and friendly. This will definitely be my go-to nail salon from now on.
EDITED BASED ON SPA’S FEEDBACK: Clarification: I told the tech ant the time of service and she told me “sorry”. She knew she did a horrible job and it was brutally evident when the lady next to me had her service rendered appropriately. At that time, my nail tech had already dumped the water. The spa responded below saying they “carefully reviewed” my concern? No, they definitely did not. I was a customer at A& B nails for about 2 years. The service was excellent and my nails always came out looking great. I went to Sarah originally, she left then Nina became my nail tech ( she’s no longer there either) both did an amazing Job. Kevin the former manager was very friendly and polite, he always made you feel welcomed The new management and nail techs aren’t friendly or accommodating what’s so ever. It was amazing! They were accommodating and I was able to see Kim and she was able to sculpt and fix my nails in a jiffy! It’s so comfortable in there and the staff are really kind and easy to get along with. I also really appreciate their music choices that they play too! I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone who wants a simple mani/pedi, or wants intricate nail art!
