Rayna Vigil is related to one of the caregivers, so her review is pointless. This company is not trustworthy. I won a judgement against one of the caregivers at this facility (unrelated to the company) but wasn't able to collect as the company pays less than minimum wage to potentially illegal immigrants. Stay away.
The people at this company take pride in their job and value the well being of others even in very difficult situations they still care and provide what is needed from each client.
The caregivers from this provider are thieves. My blind mother had money and Items stolen from her by numerous caregiver from this company. To make matters worse the caregiver verbally abuse their disabled and elderly clients. The owners of this company are Russians and don't speak clear English. They ignore complaints made about their caregivers and after a while get tired of the client send them to another company. THEY DO NOT DO BACKGROUND CHECK ON CAREGIVERS.
