Andy responded quickly to repair the stair lift at my aunt's apartment. It was pouring rain, but Andy persevered and was able to identify the problem. He showed up the next morning to continue with the repairs and make sure that my aunt was able to leave her apartment on time for her appointment. Great customer service.
Friendly, flexible, experienced, offered good advice to avoid unneeded projects.
The door repair went well. The light in the garage as well. The light in the foyer needed to be upgraded. I was assured that it could be rewired. This was not possible, as the canisters were too shallow to fit the lights. This was a prolonged and fruitless effort, a waste of time and money. The modern LED replacement seems OK. The plugs all work now.
