Wonderful new find! It was my first time doing my hair with Litzy, she is great!! She listened to what I wanted then did a perfect job. Well, actually better than what I asked for! She brought me back to life again! Will be returning back.

litzy is a great & sweet person. First time doing my hair with her was a good experience but took longer than expected and it was double the price of the estimated amount she gaved me. I was asked to come in earlier 8:00 am to be exact & she was 20 min late I had to call because she didn't reach out to me about running late & when I called her she said she was leaving starbucks 😑. Horrible unprofessional service with the owner Litzy she cancelled my hair appointment 20 min before arriving. She text me she had forgotten she was going out of town at 12pm. I went personally to the salon at 3pm to make her pay me back my deposit since she was the one who canceled n Not me. She was at the salon which means she lied about going out of town so i told her why haven’t you Zelle me my money like u said you would n she respond back saying she was busy when there was absolutely nobody at the salon.
