Don't believe a word they say. They don't stand behind their promises even if it is written on the bill if sale. All you get is the run around everytime you call. Spend your hard earned $ somewhere else.
I guess I should’ve checked the reviews on this place. They will sell a vehicle out from under you even if you have appointment and confirm it with them. Terrible business. Hour drive and they send me a message saying “sold” when I spent half an hour talking to a salesman named Carlos about it.
I went to go test drive a blue Chevy Avalanche when I got there in the battery would not start they had to jump start it no big deal took it on a test drive it barely had any brake fluid I had to push the brakes all the way down to the floor I was worried the whole time I was going to get into an accident took it to my mom's house to have her look at it turn the car off would not start back up again they had to come out and jump-start it again with this giant looking briefcase thing we couldn't even jump start it with regula... read more
I went to buy a car I ask for the sales guy and I could find any. when finally I found a guy to tell me price , I asked him for information about payments but he told me they don’t do financial there and all cars are cash .even though they have a sign there . I went to another car dealership and I got one with 1000 down

Called before driving 3 hours to make sure that they still had car we were interested in, They said yes, When we got there they said that it had been placed on hold a week before, Told them our price limit and they kept showing us cars way out of our price range, insisting that we at least test drive. Bought that car and less than 5 hours started leaking oil ( which wasn’t leaking before I bought the car) also lost power steering in the car too and a whole lot of things went wrong after I bought the car within a couple of days. Along with the check engine light coming on.
Well, seeing the past reviews here, it seems they are very crooked. My wife saved a car on FB and I went to look at it. I checked the VIN and found out it was a flood car. No biggie. I seen the pics of the damage and it looks like the car was COMPLETELY submerged. NADA has CLEAN retail at 10050, and KBB has it as 8400-11900. This is before you take off anywhere from 20-50% for salvage. PLEASE check the VIN on any vehicle you are looking at from here.
