We only take our vehicles here now. They are honest, reliable, and are good at communicating the issue and if you want to proceed with the work beforehand. They are a small shop with a big heart. Hidden gem.
I called regarding a tire warranty issue and explained my situation. The representative looked up my scheduled tire rotations and said she would call me back—but never did. After following up myself, I was asked to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. After the inspection, I was told I’d receive a call by the end of the day, but once again, no response. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Poor communication and lack of follow-through make it hard to trust their service.
I would recommend this place to Lake Elsinore and neighboring cities. They're honest down to earth. They care about cars and are very detailed. Decent price I get my oil change here. Not going nowhere else. They don't go around the bushes and try to mess up your car like other places. They're telling you what's going on and what is going on with your car. Just call and see when the best time.
Honest ans knowledgeable. Everyone should have those qualities, but it is all that much better when you can find these values in your mechanic.
Always the best service. Polite and helpful. You might have to wait, they're always busy because they're worth the wait
