ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE CORRECT! I ordered a door from April 9th 2025 and its Aug 1st 2025 and its still not delivered nor is it finished.
They may have a large supply in stock and they are well-priced but they do not stand by their product, have rude customer service and take a very long time to reply to requests. I made a call asking for customer service and was asked to send pics, which I did same day and didn’t hear back for 10 days after 2 follow up Emails and that was only be issue I reached out via their website asking to have the customer service rep please reply. All consumers beware of this place. They lack common sense and basic salesmanship.
I bought custom dual doors from Urban Doors that were made by AAW last January 2024. After they finished making the doors in March, I called one of their recommended installers to pick-up and install the doors. By December (9mo after install), there were long vertical cracks on both doors. I emailed their warranty dept at warrantyclaim@aawdoorsinc.com and they denied my claim. I wish we had looked up the way they treat their clientele before I went through with my order. I ordered 4 oak doors ( a front door, a utility door and two pocket doors). When I showed up to pick them up after a 4 hr drive I asked to use the rest room as I really had to go and was told that I would not be allowed to, to which I thought ok I guess a $5,000 order doesn’t get me a bathroom usage… so I waited 45 min for them to bring the doors during which I had to go out into the rd to relieve myself.
