Thus far, Customer Service at Kudik Dental has been "Over the Top"! Above and beyond my expectations and I am usually quite picky. Chris and Susan are warm and friendly. Not to mention, Susan offered me a ride home when she found out I was waiting for my husband to pick me up after my appointment. Who does that? That's what I mean by "Over the Top" Customer Service. Pain free, fast, wonderful experience.
I had my crown removed yesterday. I was quite anxious but Chris and Dr. Dennis calmed me down by explaining the entire procedure. I am so grateful the office is BioFriendly because it is so important to be as healthly as possible. I look forward to my almalgamen free lifestyle once all my filling are removed. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!
