Today, stepped outside of my comfort zone and chose this Aava dental office after twenty one years in another dental office to be closer to where I currently live in Upland. My choice of Dentist (Dr Chen) was the right choice and the level of care was way more than expected for my first visit. Immediately, they attended to X-rays, cleaning and critical care of teeth finding four broken teeth which I was not aware of. Love it and so did my kids,they make you feel like your at home
Dr. Gloria and Silvia took such good care of me and explain everything in detail, not only where they very knowledgeable but they also make sure I was ok and comfortable throughout the whole process. Going to the dentist can be scary and anxious so this was very important, thank you! Kimberly at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel welcome, she explain all and any questions I had of treatments and payment. Thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely be back!

The staff was great with my wife, who has late symptoms of Alzheimer’s. My only complaint, is the amount of time it took to complete our exam and cleaning. Too long!
I really appreciate the expertise and professionalism of your doctors and technicians. I haven't experienced and pain and suffering after any visit, and I'm very grateful and thankful for that. Also, your staff in the front office and your technicians always explain everything to me before the start of any visit or procedure and they answer any questions or concerns that I have.
