Incompetent service, dangerous mistakes, and zero accountability. I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to this shop in April 2026 for a transmission filter replacement. A few months later, during a hot trip to Phoenix, the truck vented transmission fluid all over the undercarriage. I brought it back to them for a diagnosis. After keeping it for a day, they claimed the transmission was "reaching 199 degrees too quickly" and insisted on a costly Full RDI (Remove, Disassemble, and Inspect). Red flags went up immediately. Ive always used this place as a last resort kinda thing if I couldn't diagnose something or another shop. Now they've fixed 3 of my cars. Really amazing people

I've used AASTRO several times over the years. I usually do all my own work that I can at home. When it's a job that is too big, don't have the time or requires a lift, I have to bring my car to the shop. Their mechanics are good, service is done timely and pricing is fair.

Been coming here for 5yrs ive never experienced such poor, sloppy, unprofessional services. Im guessing they are under now management but save your money and dont come here. They charged us $250 to tell us what we already knew and what we told them when we took it in. Just saying..... you guys suck!
