Been coming here for 5yrs ive never experienced such poor, sloppy, unprofessional services. Im guessing they are under now management but save your money and dont come here. They charged us $250 to tell us what we already knew and what we told them when we took it in. Just saying..... you guys suck!
I am military member in the local Tucson area and I needed to fix my Mazda cx-5 because it was slipping. I called AASTRO and brought it in the same day on Friday. I was met with kindness and was told I’d get an answer by Monday. Monday comes I don’t get a call so I call them an hour before they close. They answer telling me they don’t have an answer. Very pleased with the boys at AASTRO they booked me same day and I piled a ton of work on them for my Ram Deisel 2500 - they gave me a ride home, got it all done and even gave me a loaner car till they were finished. Honest diagnostics and work done right. They even worked with me on the price - very pleased and would highly recommend you talk with Patrick and Rick to schedule your transmission service and everything else - Thanx AASTRO!
Man, this crew is awesome! Every summer i was replacing parts of my cooling system without being able to figure out what was causing the underlying issue, i just kept chalking it up to a blown head gasket. I brought my truck in to Patrick and his team of Mario and Blair, and they were able to find the problem myself and 3 other shops missed all this time; some gunk clogging up the system.
