We have availed Ms. Sathappan's services for our kids for over 10 years. The doc visits to Aasha Pediatrics have been ok and she has been considerate quite often. But when it comes to billing and front office they are the most uncaring and ridiculous bunch of people. As someone in health care industry and that too for kids, it is very insensitive that they held up my kid from seeing a doctor for a tiny balance after giving us an appointment and the kid had arrived to see the doctor.
