We ran out of oil overnight, Arrow Oil came to deliver and restart our furnace in the middle of a blizzard. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.
This guy was awesome! Responsive, polite, and most importantly, extremely reasonable! Like many Mainers I made the mistake of not checking my oil level before the weekend and yep, you guessed it, I ran out. Not only did this gentleman help me with a solution to get through the night, he offered a lower weekend "emergency" rate than another company in the area! Thank you for being awesome my man!
