The receptionist or whomever I spoke with on the phone was unbelievably unprofessional in that particular place of business. The fact that this facility even has 3 stars in total is beyond baffling to me. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I called just today to schedule a routine check up and when I called to make an appointment the person gave me lots of attitude.
