Talked with Sammy and while he was nice at first, he acted shocked and disrespectful after learning I was getting other estimates (which were half of his original so glad I did). He was willing to offer different solutions and I appreciated his time, even after he failed to show up at the agreed upon time the day before, but he hung up on me after ranting about wasting his time and the cost of a doing the FREE quote. DI NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Sammy promised me he would stop my roof from leaking, charged me $1,600 in March and my roof still leaks. He has been back several times but cannot stop the leak. Now he refuses to talk to me.
I am very happy that I was referred to Aaron's when I was in need of a new roof and a contractor that is reliable. Very prompt in returning phone calls and and showed up when he said they would and had the work completed as stated. Cleanup was great.
