Update: we had a different company check our appliances and the tech said the parts that were replaced by Aaron’s never needed to be replaced and instead the unit was bad and would need to be replaced. Aaron’s did a crappy job and has ghosted us ever since. These guys did some work on our washer and dryer which we paid them a couple hundred bucks to fix, a few months ago. Worst company. Lee came to our home only after a week and half of trying to communicate with them. Lots of not showing up when they said they would. Lee had an attitude over the phone before arrival when he showed up he was very short and abrupt. Upon him leaving he was very rude and once outside I said to him he didn’t have to be so rude and that I could report them to BBB and he turned around and acted as if he was going to fight me and said “what did you say” which resulted in me bolt locking the door afraid he would do s... read more

Very very Rude and inconsiderate with poor service. My husband and I Will never use again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They should not be in business, 0 ethic.
I filled out a contact form last week and never heard back and then the next day I called and left a message and didn't hear back.
Great experience working with Lee at Aaron's Home Appliance. They fixed my oven in time for new years and worked with my schedule around holidays. Bonus, Lee was a really nice and respectful guy.
Worst company ever! These hacks ruined my appliance, left parts inside the appliance and on my floor, then refused to complete the repair. They were rude with us on the phone and then did a no call/ no show on a scheduled follow up repair. The lack of communication is astounding with theses guys. This company isn't worth the Harbor Freight tools they tried to use on my appliance. Steve Martell told me that they knew nothing about electronics. Welcome to the 21st century of appliance repair you guys! Thanks for nothing.
