Dan was very responsive to diagnose my furnace issues. He provided me me options to repair or replace my furnace. Because of the age, pricing and benefits of updating the equipment I went ahead and replaced the furnace and air conditioning. Jon, the technician was able to answer all my questions. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. An added bonus, he left the areas clean if not cleaner from when he arrived. I will and have recommended Aaron' Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.
This pile put a $4800 furnace in on 10/03/2024... they didnt put the pieces in that hold the filter up... so our coil got plugged, never told me what filters to use, and now the blower motor is already fried and they won't stand behind their warranty... stay far away if you want the work done right the first time call Tunge Heating and Cooling... To top it off they hooked up the thermostat incorrectly, and prior there was a fire in there that melted the thermostat wires together and they didn't cut them back far enough... lu... read more
We worked with this company per the recommendation of our home warranty and did not have a good experience. They were never on time, did not communicate with what was wrong/being fixed. We have now had another company tell us they actually made our problems with the air conditioner worse. They offered some short fixes that lasted a few weeks but then we would have more issues and ultimately they caused damage to our unit. Would not recommend.
If you need a furnace including mobile homes use Tunge Heating and cooling... he only charged my mother in law 3800 and cleaned all her ducts... Trash customer service and ownership... These guys put a furnace in told me I had a 3 year warranty on install and parts and left a rusted out and damaged evap in so 3 days later it failed... I called and told them my furnace they just installed is blowing cold air... A tech came today said the evap shouldve replaced the evap the had the audacity to tell me I owed them for a service... read more
Furnace went out on Thanksgiving morning. They came within a couple hours of calling. The owner was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got it fixed and saved the holiday. He will now be the only one we call. Thanks for spending time on your holiday to provide excellent service!
