I was quoted one price on the phone for cleaning one 10'x12' rug and a 3'x5' rug for dog urine smell. There are no stains. And then after I take time off from work to be home at the appointment time the guy shows up and I get quoted a much higher price, over $100 dollars more than the phone quote. The guy started cleaning the Living Room rug without moving the two couches. Only after I came in 15 minutes later and suggested we move the couches did he agree that made more sense.
