This is my go-to service for carpet and upholstery cleaning. From my very first appointment, the scheduling process felt easy and professional, and I knew my home was in good hands. At first I was unsure about having two young technicians come out, but Johnathan and Eric completely changed my mind. They were detailed, hardworking, respectful, and very thorough with the carpet cleaning. They even helped move a few items so the cleaning areas were easier to reach. They use the right carpet cleaning equipment and deliver exactl... read more
I highly recommend Aaron's Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning service. Eric was our technician, and he was friendly, professional, and honest from start to finish. He worked hard on a deep carpet cleaning in our two-story home and did an excellent job in about an hour and a half. The carpets looked much fresher, cleaner, and brighter when he was done. We had a few problem spots with older permanent stains, and Eric clearly explained what could and could not come out. I appreciated that he was upfront while still putting ext... read more
The light beige carpet in my three bedrooms looked worn out, and I truly thought replacement was my only choice. Wanting a fast carpet cleaning solution before guests arrived, I contacted Aaron's Carpet Cleaning after hearing a great recommendation from my sister. Eric brought the carpets back to life and made them look close to new again. He removed old pet spots, food stains, and deep dirt that had built up over time. He was careful, skilled, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning methods, stain treatment, and fabric... read more
I had my carpets and tile grout professionally cleaned, and I’m so happy with the results. Eric and Johnathan were friendly, respectful, and took time to explain the carpet cleaning process in a simple way. They answered my questions without being pushy about any extra services, which I really appreciated. They worked efficiently and handled everything with care from start to finish. I also noticed they used corner guards anywhere their equipment could touch the walls, which showed real attention to detail. My carpet looks r... read more
Aaron's Carpet Cleaning has been taking care of my large home for many years, and the service has always been honest, fair, and very professional. Eric does excellent spot removal, gives helpful advice, and never suggests extra carpet cleaning when a room or rug does not really need it. If an area rug or carpet fiber is too delicate for certain cleaning products, he clearly explains that as well. Communication is always great once you are on the schedule, and they have been very dependable even when I needed help on short no... read more
