I had a lot of questions, and I was pleased to find that all of them were answered. At first, I felt a bit uncertain when I saw a young man working on the carpet. When I heard the price was only $250 for seven rooms, I thought there was no way they could do a good job. I've heard of others charging over $800 for similar work. I will always choose this service for our carpet cleaning! I'm living in a rental with my fiancée and her three energetic boys, ages 7, 11, and 14. After 2 1/2 years, the light tan carpet throughout the house was in desperate need of cleaning, especially with a property management team scheduled for a walk-through. I have had my carpets, couches, and car cleaned professionally by Aaron's Carpet Cleaning. Sometimes I scheduled in advance, and other times I needed help at the last minute. The services were always completed to my family's satisfaction, and everything dried quickly! I even had a little accident with some sticky putty that got smeared into my carpet. Let me first say that the technician was very sweet. BUT this experience has been beyond frustrating. I would never recommend Aaron’s carpet cleaning and am honestly blown away that there are this many positive reviews. We called yesterday to schedule a carpet cleaning. I was clear that we had stairs as they are priced individually. The first woman I spoke to (contracted out I believe) told me it’s would be $16 for the hallway rug and stairs + $79.00 for the couch and scheduled us for 9am-11am today (Sunday) for our cleaning... read more
