Finding a good bike shop just got easier I had a great experience here. I'll be back. I don't know what others did or why this shop has so many complaining reviews. I'd hate to think someone with an unresolved grudge went postal (and got their friends to flame his reputation), but it happens. I also can't imagine Aaron not being willing to try to work with anyone. I can judge someone's character as well as the next person, and felt comfortable in his shop. Bike service excellent Aarons Bicycle Repair is always so helpful with all my biking needs. I bought two bikes from them 10 years ago and kept coming back for all my biking need. This is a business that "know" about bikes. They would pump your tires for free! When they did not have the product I needed in stock they got on their computer and referred me to where I could go. They only sale quality item and I was always happy with their product, prices are pretty high but their stuff last! Very helpful staff!

Extremely Rude Service, High Prices, Not Worth the Time My few visits to Aaron's Bike Shop have resulted in large charges for meager work and rude customer service. All my interactions with the shop owner Aaron have been extremely disappointing. Hes attitude and communication style is rude, condescending, and combative. Aaron and Mike are really helpful. I bring my bike in, they take care of it on the spot. I can trust that my bike is fixed and safe.There's a great comfy chair to hang out in while you wait. Aaron will explain to you what's going on and how to prevent further damage. It's the bike shop I will claim as my neighborhood bike shop.

Aaron builds the best wheels around, best place to get your bike serviced anywhere in Seattle. I bought a brand new Kona road bike in 2009 at another shop in West Seattle, and while it was nice it had a lot of little quirks and problems. Went to Aaron's for a few adjustments, and once they looked at it they told me it needed to be stripped down and totally reassembled. I thought they were putting me on. I took in my bike to get tuned up. My personal experience was that the humans who facilitated the shop were most definitely knowledgeable about the work they do. They were personable, community oriented and friendly to folks (like myself) to those who may not know much about bikes. ����!
